- Select “Warranty Replacement Status” as the reason
- Enter your name, phone number, and a brief description

- Photos of the damaged product
- Serial number (sticks only)
- A clear receipt showing retailer, date, item, and price
- Stick Flex
- Stick Curve
- Age, (SR, JR, IN)
- Stick Side
