While sitting with your knee bent at a 90 degree angle, measure from the middle of your knee to the top of your skate boot just above the first eyelet (not top of the tongue). If the measurements put you in two different sizes, we recommend relying on the Tibia Length first.

If you wear your shin guards outside of your skate tongue (“Tongues In”), we recommend taking one size bigger than what is recommended.

A: With CCM U+ Skates you have the E-Pro holder and you need E-Pro runners that are no longer available for purchase. The +4.0 runners fit the +4.0 holders and the XS runners fit the XS holders only.

They are both “black coated” stainless steel, but everything that is STEP Steel is a higher level of quality, both in performance and durability.
